YieldOne®によるクッキーの利用等について
株式会社プラットフォーム・ワン（以下、「弊社」といいます。）は、お客様がブラウザ・アプリ（以下、「ブラウザ等」といいます。）により、ウェブサービスを便利に利用していただけるよう、「クッキー」と呼ばれる技術を利用しています。
1. クッキーとは
ウェブサーバーがお客様のブラウザ等を識別する業界標準の技術であり、お客様が最後にウェブサービスを利用した日時や回数等を記録することができます。
2. クッキーを利用したデータの収集
弊社は、広告取引支援システム「YieldOne®」（以下、「弊社システム」といいます。）の運営を行っております。弊社システムを使用するウェブサービスを利用したお客様のブラウザ等のクッキーを利用することにより、弊社は以下のデータ（以下、「本件データ」といいます。）を収集いたします。

本件データには、お客様の住所、氏名、生年月日及び電話番号といった、お客様個人を特定し、識別する情報は含まれておりません。
また、弊社が収集した本件データを保存する期間は、お客様（がお使いのブラウザ等）が当該ウェブサービスを最後に利用した日から最長2年です。
3. 本件データの利用
弊社は、収集したお客様の本件データを、以下のために利用します。

弊社システムは、広告配信機能、広告効果測定機能、ウェブサービス分析機能その他を可能とする機能を有しております。弊社は、かかる機能により、収集したお客様の本件データを分析し、組み合わせ、又は加工して利用する場合があります。
4. 本件データの提供
弊社は、収集したお客様の本件データを、弊社システムを利用する法人及び個人、弊社のグループ会社を含む、その他の広告配信事業者、媒体社、広告会社、広告主等のパートナー、大学その他の学術研究を目的とする機関若しくは団体又はそれらに属する者（これらの主体が個人か法人かを問わないものとし、以下、総じて「当該法人等」といいます。）に対して提供することがあります。 当該法人等は、以下の目的のために、弊社が提供する本件データを利用し、また、当該法人等が保有するデータと組み合わせて利用する場合があります。

なお、弊社が提供する本件データには、お客様個人を特定し、識別する情報は含まれておりません。
上記のほか、当社は、本ページで定める利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、他の事業者へ本件データを委託することがあります。
5. オプトアウト
お客様が、弊社システムを利用するウェブサービスにおいて、本件データを利用した広告（いわゆる行動ターゲティング広告を含みます。）のオプトアウトをご希望される場合（当該広告の表示をご希望されない場合）は、以下によりご対応ください。

6. 個人情報について
本件データは、特定の個人を識別するものではなく、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」第2条に定める「個人情報」ではありません。 なお、弊社の「個人情報保護ポリシー」については、こちらをご覧くださいますようお願いいたします。

Use of Cookies for YieldOne®
Platform One Inc. (hereinafter called “P1”) uses a technology called “cookies” so that our customers can use our web services conveniently using the browsers and applications (hereinafter called “Browser”).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are an industry standard technology that enables web servers to distinguish between customers’ Browser, which can record the last date/time that the customer used our web services and the frequency of use.
2. Data collection with the use of cookies
P1 is running “YieldOne®” (hereinafter collectively called “P1 system”), i.e. advertising transaction support systems. P1 collects the following data (hereinafter called “the Data”) with the use of cookies on the Browser of the customer who uses web services that use P1 system.

The Data does not include the customer’s residential address, name, date of birth or telephone number that can identify and distinguish an individual customer.
The retention period of the Data collected by P1 is up to two years from the last date on which (the Browser used by) the customer used the given web services.
3. Use of the Data
P1 uses the Data for the following purposes:

| (3) | Proposal of products/services for P1’s customers |
P1 system has the function that enables various functions including advertisement delivery, advertising effectiveness measurement and web services analysis. P1 may use the Data by analyzing, combining or processing the Information using these functions.
4. Provision of the Data
P1 may provide the Data collected from the customer to companies and individuals (including advertising delivery companies, media companies, advertising agencies, advertisers, universities, institutions or groups that conduct academic research or people affiliated with such organizations) that use P1 system. Companies and individuals that use P1 system may use the Data provided by P1, and may use the Data combining with data owned by the said companies and individuals for the following purposes:

The Information provided by P1 does not include any data that can identify and distinguish an individual customer.
In addition to the above, the Company may outsource data to other business entities only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of use indicated on this page.
5. Opt-out
Please follow the following instructions if you want to opt out of (or if you do not wish to receive) any advertising that uses the Data (including so-called behaviorally-targeted advertising) in web services that use P1 system.

6. Personal information
The Data does not identify a specific individual and is not included in the definition of “personal information” specified in Article 2 of “the Act on the Protection of Personal Information”
